So you have found the site and have been using it for awhile and love that it is FREE! I am happy to offer this web site to you and all of our fellow alumni and want to keep the site free to use. So here comes the fun part where I get all wordy and try and convince you that it's a good idea to donate some of your hard earned money to me, whom you may have never met or know. Don't get me wrong, I use plenty of sites on the internet and rarely donate any physical money to the site, I do however know that supporting a sites advertisers is a good way to help them with the costs.

First let me give you some of the specifics on this web site so you can better understand why I need your donation.

There are a couple of unavoidable costs when it comes to running a web site the largest one is the cost to host it. Now as I have said before this one isn't as bad as some because I run a hosting business on the side; however, with the resources this site uses that is money that I don't get to make from another paying customer. Another cost is my personal time. Yeah right! like I'm going to pay for your time! I know, I know. My time just like yours is worth a lot to me and the hours I spend developing this site and helping users with problems is time I could be spending doing other things. I'm not whining or asking for your sympathy, I mean you guys aren't forcing me to do any of this.

My personal feeling on the donation is if you use this site and enjoy the service it provides you why not drop a little change in the "Thank You / Donation Bucket". I'm not asking for a million dollars, but if you were planning on donating that amount I'm not going to turn it down either. Classmates.com and Reunion.com will run you about $5 dollars a month which gives you access to most of the same services this web site already offers you.

So, enough rambling, if you would like to donate please use the "Support This Site" form and drop some pennies in the jar, if not maybe you could just spread the word to as many alumni as possible to help me get the sites name out there. And PLEASE support this sites advertisers, some ads just require you to click them other ads require you to click them and sign-up for the site they take you to. These clicks help pay the bills.
