OH good Lord do I have to point out the obvious? my husband and I have found this awesome way to burn calories (insert dirty bedroom thought here)! Chad if you eat in moderation and like Brandy said keep your heart rate up for about thirty minutes it helps. I had a personal trainer/really hot friend who had me do weights for 15 minutes and fast walking for 15 and i shedded the weight fast. BUT if you don't keep up with it then it ALL comes back! Trust me!!
