I do have to say my cousin lost a LOT of weight cycling. But you can't just exercise. Changing the way you eat has to be part of it (which is where I get all messed up haha). I've been told, and have noticed it to a small degree that once you get in better shape you don't crave all the bad for you foods you did before. I know I crave more sweets and junk food right now, since I'm still heavy from having Abby, than I ever did before. I don't know if it's my age, or that I'm a stay-at-home Mom and all the junk is easily accessible. I KNOW I need to and HAVE to change my diet. And I need to do it soon.
