Tips to Lighten Up? - 2008/04/28 19:49
No, I don't need stress relief tips. I'm an expert at that!
But I do need some weight loss tips. I need to drop 15 pounds, but I'd like to lose 20.
Running is a killer on my knees, ankles and feet, and I try to save those joints for tennis once or twice a week. But I'm game for anything else. I eat better than I ever have, I never ate a salad in my life before this Spring. I was having 1 - 2 Colas per day. This week I'm trying to drink just iced tea. I wonder if situps/crunches actually trim the old midesction or not? Anyway, it's time to draw the line. I'm not buying any new pants!
Anyone got any effective tips?
Pregancy worked good for Michelle for the first few weeks, but I can't do that.
