I'm due Oct. 2nd so I guess I have the summer to look forward to! At least I'm almost half-way! My daughter, Rachel, is so excited. She told me, "Mommy, sometimes I'll let you play with the baby, too!"

My doc was pretty certain it's a girl. And I'm totally happy with that, really as long as it's healthy and developing properly I'm thrilled! She doesn't move nearly as much as Rachel did in the womb, which is driving me crazy! I can poke prod whatever and there's no provoking this baby into kicking me! Maybe that's a sign that this little girl is going to be pretty laid back and easy going. We'll see!

However, once you've had a baby, they have a bit more room in there so it does take a bit more for them to start feeling like they're moving as vigorously as previous babies. You can feel them earlier, but you also are more accustomed to "tuning out" the movements when you're busy, or want to go to sleep. At least in the beginning. haha I'm so excited for you!!! Can't wait for little girly to get here!!!
