20 weeks! - 2006/12/07 07:44 Well, we're halfway there! Our due date is officially April 21st, and if this baby is anything at all like my last two, it'll be born on the 27th or somewhere around there. Baby is growing great, thumping me pretty good already, and when I poke back, he gives as good as he gets. We still don't know the sex of the baby yet, cause last time I was in to the Dr. he/she was asleep, and sitting on the coiled up umbilical cord. Doesn't that figure? But the Dr has assured us he'll find out for sure this next visit (on the 13th) which is my "big" ultrasound. I keep teasing him (the Dr) that he didn't find out with Kati (baby #3) till six days before she was born, and he doesn't like to be reminded. lol He wants to know as much as we do I think!

Other than that, not too much going on around here, we're pretty boring folk. Kids are growing, I'm killing myself in school, and we're slowly being overrun with cats in the neighborhood. Life is good.

We found out for sure yesterday afternoon. No modesty in the kiddo at all either. haha Dr says he's healthy, and growing normally. We've decided to name him Ashton Craig. Ashton after my husband's mom's family, and Craig was Dan's dad's name. I can't think of any better way to honor his memory.

Now...we just have to wait till April to see him!

Yes, we found out baby is a girl, and we're really excited. And yes, I'm to the point where I just can't wait for her to get here. I have 4-6 weeks left (not quite that now) depending on what my dr says he may induce early. I'm ready!!!!!! I just want to get her here and SEE her. I'm uncomfortable, but it's not as bad as my last pregnancy was. At least, not so far.

Re:20 weeks! - 2007/03/15 00:46 Well, keep us posted! Let us know when she gets here! I'm glad it's getting closer for you. I remember how miserable I was the last week of my pregnancy with my daughter. Congratulations! BTW, when did you find out that the baby was a girl? I bet that was a shock after being told it was a boy! Was the ultrasound tech who told you the baby was a boy pretty sure at the time? Just curious!
