Enjoy it. Before I turned 30 I thought it was just a number and it didn't bother me much. I considered myself reasonably fit but everything is falling apart anyway, so apparantly your warranty expires at 30.
I have enough grey hair now to notice, but at least I still have my hair. Lately I can't hear jack squat either. My knees hurt when I stand and my back hurts when I sit.
At this rate of decline I don't think I'll even be able to walk by 40. I'll probably move to Florida at 50.
But, nah, it's nothing to dread. Just enjoy yourself and don't give it another thought. You've got the right attitude! Happy Birthday!
