Dean Kroeker - 2006/11/09 16:38 My mom just called me and told me that Dean Kroeker just passed away. She didn't know any details or when the funeral would be. Just thought I would pass it on. He was a great teacher. I had so much fun in band and German. Mr. Kroeker will be missed.

Re:Dean Kroeker - 2006/11/09 20:30 One of my school memories is of German class. Dean asked us to label everything for an open house. He left early and I was feeling ornery, so I made a label with "Dummkopf" on it and put it on his desk. Dean later told me that his Father had saw it and couldn't keep from laughing. Thinking back on it the label should've been left on my own desk lol.

Re:Dean Kroeker - 2006/11/09 20:46 Mr. Kroeker will be missed by many people. I miss his jolly laugh. Out of the classroom, away from all the ingrates, he was very easy to get along and joke with. Being a Chouteau grad himself, I believe he gave more of himself than was expected of him because he loved his alma mater and its people, no matter how aggrivating things got for him. I didn't have band, but I had German. His classes gave me a foundation for when I took German in college and pass with flying colours. To Bonnie, Karl, and Karenza: Dean will be greatly missed, but you are strong people and a strong family. Remember that people love you and pray for you, even if you haven't seen them in a long time. You ARE in MY thoughts. Take us to the Threshold!- Shannon K.
