Re:Elementary - 2006/04/02 12:27 From what I remember of how you did in school Kim, you would have done really great in Mrs. Baird's Class. I had her and Loved it, one of the few years I actually liked school, but then again, she found ways to keep things challenging for me. I was in her first class to have our own computer in the class room, rather than down and around in the computer lab. Do you remember the old computer lab in the Old elem building, with the old Tandy's?

Re:Elementary - 2006/04/02 18:48 Yeah I remember that. Wasn't it near the Gym??? I was so scared to go in there because my cousins use to always tell me there was ghosts in the old gym and all the hall ways near it!!! Kimberly Morgan

Re:Elementary - 2006/04/04 00:09 Did anyone else get to experience McGruff the crime dog in Mrs. Baird's class? I think that began when I was in Fifth grade and I wondered if other classes were treated to that puppet?
She really hated having to use that thing, as I recall.
I really liked Mrs. Kolb. She cried when our class graduated and I wondered if she did that every year or not.
I can't believe no one has mentioned Mrs. Bodine in Junior High! She was an excellent Middle School teacher.

Re:Elementary - 2006/04/04 12:20 I loved Mrs. Palmer also. I actually sent her an invitation to my graduation and she came. It was great to see her. She was an amazing lady. She definetly influenced my life. Mrs. Sunday was great also!!!

Re:Elementary - 2006/04/05 02:34 Wasn't Ms. Sunday a 2nd grade teacher? If so then I had Mrs. Ashley.

It's getting more difficult to remember that far back..that age really sneaks up on you.

I remember McGruff, Mrs. Fleming would bring him into class and do the little skit's with him. It was always exciting because it got us out of doing real school work like adding 2 + 2 and stuff!
