Yea, I was never one to stand up to anyone really for anything, but that one pushed me over the edge. hehe I don't know if you guys had her the year before...I think her last name was Merriweather? Can't even really remember what she looked like except she was really tall and nobody liked her.

I'm not ready for fall either. I HATE cold weather!!! My joints ALWAYS hurt, and have since Jr. High, and I'm ALWAYS COLD! Have I mentioned I hate cold weather? lol I loathe the very idea of having to go out in the cold. I'd move to a beach somewhere but I don't handle hot weather well either. This is about as good as it's gonna get for me, I think.

And Robyn, I was doing good till you mentioned ragweed on FB the other day. I've been sneezing since I saw that post. LOL And even Abby's rubbing her nose and eyes.

Having allergies SUCKS. But I'm still off my Zyrtek.

If the sneezing gets bad again I'm gonna have to break down and buy some though. *sigh*

That's all I know. Cause ain't nobody around here (affiliated with the school anyway heh) talkin'. Only thing I can figure is they were told not to comment. Looks kinda strange that a lot of parents are asking wtf is going on, but all the school personnel are acting like nothing's going on. I dunno. *shrug* We got a letter from the Superintendent's office today, basically saying what the newson6.com 's website said. No comment. We're conducting an investigation. The kids are priority. And all that jazz. *shrug*

All I can say is a I WILL NEVER EVER TRUST A TEACHER WITH MY CHILD. Male or female !! What I like is the state makes our children go to school but thinking just a background check on teachers is enough to keep people like this out. Well yeah to a point it does. Ack I better hush cause Paul will have WW3 on here. PEEKING IN WINDOWS

Re:Punishment - 2009/09/04 06:36 The district is certainly in some turmoil right now. I would just urge people without much firsthand knowledge of those involved (like me) to try to keep an open mind as the facts are gathered.
Quotes from faculty are going to be vague or simply withheld due to legal proceedings, which shouldn't be surprising.

I do want to stress these allegations are against the ASSISTANT Elem Principle, which the NewsOn6 article failed to mention. I give the author an 'F' in Due Diligence. Such shoddy reporting would never have been accepted in our award winning school newspaper class!

There was a Board meeting tonight that should prove interesting. Needless to say; high turnout is expected.

I would just ask that we all pray for everyone involved at this time as facts are explored.
