Re:Truck Stop - 2008/06/03 17:47 HEY! Don't call Robyn old...I'm older than she is. *blush* I think...good gawd I remember having that discussion not even a year ago and I can't remember whose birthday comes first!!

Yea Kim, me and Dad complain about the truck stop being gone all the time. I couldn't tell ya the times we'd go down and have breakfast at 3am or something. And yes, I could go for a bag of fries right now. Hehe they HATED us you know!! We're such pains, but darnit I HATE soggy fries!

Re:Truck Stop - 2008/06/04 01:19 Oh my gosh, Chad! Thanks! I turn 29 next month and I guess I just have one year of good life left! How do you people handle turning 30? I already feel terrible knowing that this is the last year of my entire life that I will be a twenty-something! In one more year I will offically be an old woman!!!

Re:Truck Stop - 2008/06/04 03:59 Being over 30 isn't that big a deal. Other than the arthritis I don't feel any different than I did in high school. *shrug*

And yea...truck stop and old socks. YUM!

Re:Truck Stop - 2008/06/04 16:21 Well I tried to bait Robyn out but it didn't work. Guess she has more important things to do, haha.

Age was just a number to me but the past year or so have been a real eye opener. My feet and knees have always hurt, but now my ankles are taking the lead in aches and stiffness. I walk like a duck when I get out of bed in the morning. I guess 15 years of abusing my feet on a hard tennis court have caught up with me, but then again I've played with 60 and 70 year olds that get around pretty well. So I don't know.

Grey hair didn't faze me at all, but the way my joints feel has really affected me. I used to think I was aging well. Now I wonder if I will be in a wheelchair by age 40. It sucks, because I want to be active with my two little kids. It's just too bad we couldn't have had children earlier in life.

I have some friends that swear by that Monavie health juice stuff. Maybe I should get some of that and inject it directly into my joints.

Well, hope you guys can visit me in the nursing home for my 39th birthday!

Re:Truck Stop - 2008/06/04 18:31 LOL we're moving across town, but I Think I'll probably still remember how to get to this side of town.

And I hear ya about the joints Chad. I was diagnosed with arthritis in my elbows two weeks ago. I knew I had it...but somehow it hurts more with it being diagnosed. lol

And I refuse to acknowledge gray hair. Except that WalMart suddenly stopped carrying my color of haircolor! WTF?!
