HA! So you probably got a real kick out of my Charlton Heston avatar a while back, huh?
When Michelle was about 8 months pregnant she was home one day while I was at work. A skunk was mucking around our yard in broad daylight and was being aggressive toward our dog. She called me wanting to know what to do, she thought it could be rabid. I told her to shoot it before it bit our dog.
So she goes onto our back porch, barefoot and roundly pregnant, and shoots the skunk with her 20 gauge shotgun. I would pay money to have that on video!
Now when I hear 'Redneck Woman' on the radio, I think of that epic Holland family moment!
Our kid may be like that baby in the news lately. Registered as a firearm owner at 10 months.
I still have the machete I had as a kid in my garage, I had many adventures at our creek with it. Maybe I need to keep it in my truck. Is that illegal, I wonder? It's just a yard tool...
