Re:Chouteau Reunion!!!! - 2007/05/22 18:54 Ok, I called Pryor City Hall and they said the pavilion in Whitaker Park is first-come-first-serve. They had a few groups who had it reserved but only because they went before the city council. We just need to get there early with a big sign.
They also said no one has told them they will be there Saturday June 16th.

I wasn't going to call anyone until I made sure it wasn't already booked, so I guess we need to start calling.

Re:Chouteau Reunion!!!! - 2007/06/05 17:35 Regrettably, I don't see any way that Whitaker Park can facilitate that kind of attendance. If it happens to rain that day we will be hard pressed to get everyone from our class under the covered pavilion, when you factor in their dependents and spouses.

I'd say keep it Class of 1995 + or - a couple years. There's not much parking or seating around there. We'll need the 4 picnic tables in the pavilion just for food. So everyone should bring lawn chairs if they think about it.

I'm all for later in the summer or next year doing an all-class reunion at Chouteau Park, because it can handle a lot of parking and people.

I hate to be the jerk, but like I say, let's do an 'all hands' reunion at Chouteau Park some other time and give folks more notice. We'll get better attendance anyway.

Of course, this isn't 'Chad Day'. So what does everyone else think? I'm going to be there no matter if 3 people show up or 300.
