Halloween - 2008/10/09 04:49 So who is passing out candy ? Taking the kids trick or treating ? What are the kids going as ?

I have no idea on costumes either. We haven't even tried to go look. Kory said something about he wanted to stay home and hand out candy, but with his grades he'll be lucky if I don't strangle him by Halloween. And the girls haven't really come up with many ideas on costumes. Well, to qualify that, they come up with TONS of ideas, they just can't decide on one long enough for me to actually do anything to make them happen. *sigh* Sometimes kids suck. LOL

Abby's going to be a lil black cat. That's easy.

We're teaching her to say "Meow". Should be cute.

I think Gab wants to go to the tailgate candy party at our local churches, but who knows, she changes her mind all the time, but after we get done getting candy, we're going to give some out

As for customs.. I'm with Brandy.. no one around here knows what they want to be

Looking for idea for her it's awful cause she is in a womens med and omg the costumes look like she should be working 5th and Main in Tulsa. yuck Lydia is gonna be a witch ( just like her momma lol ) It's got spider webs on the outfit. It's cute. The house will be decorated wooohooo black lights and spider webs. Mom is gonna get popcorn balls from sams so we'll have those too.

We don't hand out candy cuz we are on a dead end street with no one across the street so no one comes to visit. We hit the upscale neighborhoods to trick or treat they seem to be pretty plentiful.
I remember the easiest trick or treating growning up was hitting Laurel Oak apts. lol door to door begging without the running...NICE

My neighbor suggested last nite that we take our kids and the wagon and put the magarita mix in the wagon in a jug and make a fun nite of it for us too.
