I just wanted to let you guys know that Brandy's been in bed sick since last night, so she wasn't able to get out there today. Which sucks, because it's about all she's talked about all week. I know she wanted to get out and see everyone again. I'm sorry I wasn't able to get her out, and I know that when she gets up she'll be apologizing too. I hope everyone had a great time though!

At least we got to show our baby off to a couple new people.

I hauled my sorry butt out of bed to go to my daughter's soccer awards ceremony thingie, we stayed for a half hour to see her get her trophy, her pic taken for the paper, get rained on, and we went home and I went to bed to snuggle with a fussy baby for the rest of the day. She's got a cold, I've got God only knows what, and I'm sick of being sick! I want to do the fun stuff for a change DARNIT! I'm glad you guys had fun though. I worried about how many would show, and I thought for sure there would be more than that! If I'd known that's all that would show, I'd have just had everybody over here and we'd have fired up the grill and made Dan cook. What else are Canadians good for anyway?
