Hi! I live in Owasso and work in Tulsa, as the director of a preschool (it's a fun job most of the time) I was a professional photographer up until 4 years ago and I just stopped wanting to do it. Very bizarre, but you can learn new tricks, even as an old dog! I'm married, have one son, 24 y/o, one stepdaughter, 31 y/o, one stepson, 28 y/o, and three stepgranddaughters, 6,5, 4 y/o. My best friend is still Betty Ann (Corn) Whorton, so I'm in Pryor occasionally to see her, and in Chouteau some to see Mom. (My Dad died in February 2005) My brother David still lives in Chouteau. My sister Linda lives in Tulsa, and my brother Michael lives in Missouri. My husband is a motorhead, and builds hot rods and drag races. His day job is in law enforcement. My son and I each have a border collie and we take them to training classes, so I've kind of gotten into that. They will start agility classes in January. I feel like I'm about the same as I always was, a little older, a little wiser, but I still try to live by the same motto I tried to live by in high school - 'Those who bring sunshine to the lives of others cannot keep it from themselves.' I'm enjoying the site, thanks to those of you who made it possible. |
